Welcome to ISU!
Hello guys from all over the world!
It is so nice and exiting to announce that ISU has been established at SUNY New Paltz!
If you are finding a place to experience and understand another different culture, if you are looking for a partner to learn another language, if you are wishing to find a backup community to support your rights and benefit here at SUNY New Paltz, or if you wish and want make a difference while you are here or even for your future, then ISU provides you all these possibilities.
During the semester, we are going to hold a number of information sessions regarding the cultural and common knowledge in a particular country, which is very beneficial for anyone of you who are planning to study abroad. We are going to call for a multicultural meeting, where we would invite international students from different countries here at SUNY New Paltz to discuss the issues they are facing while living on campus. We are also planning to host activities containing multicultural elements around our campus, and you will have an opportunity to experience a typical traditional culture of another country, which is truly exciting and interesting!
If you are an international student, and you wish to have a platform to show your talents, come and join us at the club fair. If you are a domestic student who want to study abroad, come and join us without hesitation, because you will have a chance to know and make friends with a guy who comes from the country you are going!
We cannot tell you how excited we are to start our journey this semester, and we hope and believe that our club will highlight our campus in this coming semester!
